This 1 hour project was made and uploaded just to show you that with a little ingenuity and a handful of extra pieces, you can install an eLite Jr. LED lighting kit into a very small LEGO® model and have functional lighting.

The LED cables were shortened and taken out of the LEGO pieces they have been glued into. This made an LED cable that is about 2 inches long. Expect cable like these to show up in the store when they are available.

There was only one modification of a standard LEGO element here. I drilled 2 holes in the end stud of a 1x4 plate for insertion of the LEDs.

The housing you see here covering the eLite Jr. is not the final color. It was only for testing purposes. Final housing colors will be black or gray.
